About BNA
The Bahrain Neurological Association (BNA) was founded in 1993 as a professional society of academic neurologists and neuroscientists devoted to promoting neuroscience research and education in the Kingdom. As part of Bahrain Medical Society (BMS) the association is fully committed to facilitate and encourage collaboration among basic and clinical neuroscientists both at the national and international level.

Objective #1
Expanding both our understanding of diseases of the nervous system and our ability to treat them by bringing together scientists from different disciplines, and facilitating the integration of research aimed at all levels of nervous system organization;
Objective #2
Promote education in the field of Neuroscience by organizing the national BNA Annual Meeting as well as schools, workshops and seminar programs all around the year;
Objective #3
Consolidate the relationship with international homologous societies and organizations to raise the international significance of the research in neuroscience performed in Bahrain;
Objective #4
Inform the public about the results and implications of ongoing research in the areas of neuroscience.
